Refund & Exchange Policy
Roxton Industries wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We endeavour to provide the best product, with a strong quality control and we partner with some of the best shipping companies across North America. However, if your product is not to your expectations due to how it was shipped or manufactured, we want to make it right.
Roxton Industries will exchange any product received in less than optimal condition. To notify us, simply call or email within 48 hours receipt of the arrival of your shipment and we will exchange the damaged product. P. 844-602-9473 Email. Wipes@RoxtonIndustries.com Roxton Industries will require the damaged product be returned to the distribution center and will pay for the costs of shipping the returned items.
In the event Roxton Industries cannot replace your damaged product, we may at our sole discretion, opt to refund your purchase. Products must be in returned to the distribution center. All costs of shipping the product will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the product has been received. In the event the product is not defective, Roxton Industries may charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Requests for refunds are to be received within 72 hours of receipt of product. Refunds are given at the sole discretion of Roxton Industries.
